We collect the information you choose to send us. Through the project inquiry form this includes your name, email, phone number, company, service interest, target markets, and project details. Through the careers form this includes your name, contact details, city and state, transportation availability, languages spoken, and the résumé file you upload.
How we use it
Project inquiries are used to respond to you and to scope potential work. Career applications are used to evaluate your fit for field programs in your market and to contact you about opportunities. We do not sell your information.
Storage and access
Submissions and uploaded résumés are stored in a private, access-controlled backend. Résumé files are not publicly listable or downloadable. Access is limited to Clip staff who need it to review your submission.
Retention
We retain inquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@clip-us.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Analytics
We may measure aggregate site usage — such as which pages are viewed and which forms are submitted — to improve the site. This measurement does not identify you personally.
